In-stock fixtures ordered before 1pm ET ship the same business day. After 1pm — next business day.
Counter pickup
Free. Place the order, choose ‘Counter pickup’ at checkout. We email when it's ready — usually under 2 hours.
Signature on delivery
Required for orders over $500. You can waive on the carrier's portal after the shipment notification.
Damaged in transit
Refuse the shipment or accept and photograph the damage within 48 hours. Email info@canadalightingsupplies.com — we dispatch a replacement same-day.
International / US
