Stocked fixtures are returnable within 30 days in original packaging, with a prepaid Canadian return label on us. The 5-year manufacturer warranty on every fixture is handled in-house — you ship to us, we handle the brand.

Start the return
Log in to your account or email returns@canadalightingsupplies.com with your order number and a photo of the box.

Get an RMA
We issue an RMA number and a prepaid Purolator return label (Canadian addresses) within one business day.

Pack it up
Original packaging, all accessories, all documentation. Tape the RMA to the outside of the box.

Refund issued
Refund processed within 3 business days of arrival at our Richmond Hill warehouse, to your original payment method.
