The terms that govern purchases from Canada Lighting Supplies, including our Quickship program, return policy, and warranty coverage.
CLS Quickship Program
Products displaying the Quickship badge are physically stocked in the Canada Lighting Supplies warehouse. Orders placed before 1:00 pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Counter pickup is typically ready within 2 hours.
Order acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Canada Lighting Supplies. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product unavailability.
Pricing and currency
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude sales tax. Applicable GST/HST/PST is calculated at checkout. Trade-tier pricing is applied after login for approved accounts.
Returns
Stocked fixtures in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Special-order, custom-finish fixtures, cut-to-length LED tape, and installed fixtures are not eligible.
Manufacturer warranty
All fixtures carry the original manufacturer warranty. Eurofase, Liteline, and Turolight products carry a minimum 5-year warranty on drivers and LED engines.
Limitation of liability
Canada Lighting Supplies liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for installation costs, consequential damages, or indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
